Here is an example of what I am talking about.
This year seems to be an unusually mad time for road works both near where I live and on the surrounding motorways. It's almost impossible to give an estimate of when you will get some where as you just don't know what you will come up against next.
The motorway I have been along 3 times in the last few weeks and every time there has been problems with collisions and roadworks, again making travelling that much more difficult and long winded.
I know these things need to be done and it is great to see that they are being sorted, but do they really all have to happen at the same time? I even understand the fact that they might want to get the work done during the long school holidays, but this is normally our one respite time, when travelling is more relaxed, instead of this endless amount of diversions and frustrations.
